About me
With over 13 years of nursing experience, Jess founded Revitalise Nursing QLD with a vision to provide exceptional, hospital level nursing care in the comfort of clients’ own homes. Her career began in Minor Injuries, Acute Emergency, Paediatric Emergency and other acute settings, where she saw firsthand how continuity of care, clear communication, and a calm, familiar environment can transform a person’s recovery. Jess’s passion for nursing excellence drives every aspect of Revitalise Nursing. She personally ensures that each team member maintains the highest clinical standards while delivering care with genuine compassion, respect, and dignity for every client. As a registered nurse and business owner, Jess understands the challenges families face when trying to access timely, high quality nursing care at home. Her commitment to accessible, professional and person centred care is at the heart of Revitalise Nursing’s reputation across North Brisbane.

Renee Stace inspired my journey into nursing.
She still continues to inspire with having the confidence to commence Revitalise Nursing. Her dedication to patient care, advocacy, and community service shaped the nurse I am today. As featured in Nurses and Midwives Magazine: “Renee impacted so many patients, staff and friends with her genuine, kind, nurturing, and generous nature. She always went above and beyond to help and advocate for others. She was committed to making a difference, and that she did.”
With the sudden loss of Renee, and with unknown cause has deeply affected communities across Australia. Her legacy lives on through the care we provide at Revitalise Nursing. By growing this business, we aim to support communities, employ skilled doctors and nurses, and help close the gap in hospital bed shortages - continuing Renee’s commitment to rural healthcare.
